Our Story

Joe spent 15 years in the casino industry, helping open casinos across New York, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. While working in table games, he developed a deep appreciation — and eventually a true passion — for slot machines.

That passion led him to purchase his first couple of machines from Ohio. What started as a personal interest quickly became hands-on learning. Joe taught himself how to repair, maintain, and refurbish slot machines, then began selling them to extended family members who operated game rooms.

As he met more technicians and gained experience with machines from different manufacturers, his knowledge grew. In 2019, he officially founded Big Wheel Gaming to bring that same level of care, expertise, and personal service to gaming operators across the United States.
